Vessels engineering

At the present, JSC Alekseev’s Design Bureau develops new projects of high-speed boats, ekranoplanes, hydrofoils, air-cavity vessels and hovercrafts, which applied advanced technological solutions that ensure high comfort level and passengers’ safety as well as economic efficiency of vessel operation.

The Integral System is the main engineering source of Alekseev’s Design Bureau, supported full cycle of design, technological production preparation and building, including all necessary engineering calculations for vessel architecture.

FORAN, ANSYS and CAD/CAM/CAE technology used in JSC Alekseev’s Design Bureau, provide an integrated solution for the complete design of the ship, including hull forms definition, naval architecture calculations, hull structure, outfitting, electrical and accommodation spaces, which allows the application of the concurrent engineering concept in a distributed design office environment.

The most effective way of complex issues realizing is provided by integrated systems, which includes engineers and different designers works at the same time.  in JSC Alekseev’s Design Bureau  uses integrated system FORAN, which adopts design works to the most effective building specifications by getting working construction documentation and fails for manufacturing machines with numerical program control for building from 3-D model, molding books with high accuracy standard, quality and automatic performance.  Drawing lists, plotting and reports can be totally modified with account of format and readings.
