The Festival “Robofest”

On January 19, 2017, JSC “R.E.Alexeev’s  Hydrofoil CDB” (CDB) presented its exposition in technopark “Ankudinovka”, which hosted the annual youth festival “Robofest”, where pupils and students, who are from 6 to 25 years old, competed in various aspects of robotics.

CDB demonstrated the models of the perspective vessels in three main activity direction of the company for the visitors and participants of the festival, namely, “Kometa 120M” hydrofoil, “Dugon” air-cavity vessel and ekranoplane “A-050-742d”.

Anyone could learn about the projects of vessel, company’s activity from the leading engineer-designer, daughter of R.E.Alekseev – Tatiana Rostislavovna – and asked questions.

The participants of “Robofest” are the potential professionals. JSC “R.E.Alexeev’s Hydrofoil CDB”, along with the other industrial companied and universities, tried to expand the boundaries of understanding for the participants in their professional future, as well as to show the talents’ achievability and support the interest of young people in technical sciences.

The opening of “Robofest” was attended by the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Shantsev V.P., Minister of education Naumov S.V., rector of Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev (NNSTU) Dmitriev S.M., and rector of Volga State University of water transport Kuzmichev and others.
